A RSS Feeds allows you to receive all the new content of a web site without needing to visit the site, all by using a feed reader. There are numerous software and web site (such as Firefox, Google Reader or NetNewsWire) where you can subscribe to all the feeds you want, thus giving you a central location that allows you to have a global overview of the latest entries of your favorite blogs and web sites.
